From negotiations to final settlement

OUR RANGE OF CONVEYANCING SERVICES

At Freshwater Conveyancing, we understand that the process of transferring the title of a land or property can be complex and daunting. That’s why we offer a comprehensive suite of services to guide you through every step of the journey, from initial negotiations to final settlement.

Contract for purchase

Contract negotiations, simply put, is your pathway to a fair and favourable agreement. It’s a conversation where we engage with the other party on your behalf, discussing and adjusting the terms of your contract.

Whether it’s buying a new home or selling a property, we’re there to simplify the legal jargon and ensure your interests are well represented. Imagine having a professional negotiator in your corner, working tirelessly to secure the best possible outcome for you.

Contracts for Sale

Contracts for Sale service is a comprehensive offering designed to guide you through the process of selling a property. We craft a bespoke contract that safeguards your interests, while also liaising with the buyer’s solicitors to ensure smooth communication. We understand the complexities involved in such transactions, and our goal is to streamline this process for you, providing clear explanations and expert guidance. We also provide advice and a comprehensive checklist before you sign with an agent.

Contract review

Safeguard your interests with a contract assessment prior to finalizing any commitments. Acquiring a property represents a significant obligation, hence it’s beneficial to seek professional advice. We will address any easements, covenants, restrictions or potential issues prior to the initiation of your negotiation process.

Our services are offered at a fixed rate of $200. If your purchase is successful, this will be subtracted from our final invoice.

Government Grants

Government grants are funds provided by the state or federal government to assist individuals or entities in various endeavours.

These grants are typically non-repayable. As a conveyancer, we often deal with grants related to property transactions, such as the First Home Owner Grant (FHOG), First Home Buyers Assistance Scheme and more. It’s important for recipients to understand the terms and conditions of these grants, as misuse may lead to penalties.

Stamp Duty Concessions

Stamp duty concessions are reductions or exemptions on the stamp duty tax, a levy imposed by Australian states and territories on property transactions. They can significantly lower the overall cost of buying a property.

We can help you navigate these concessions. We ensure that all necessary paperwork is correctly completed and lodged, help clients understand their eligibility for different concessions, and provide advice on how to maximise benefits.

Personal Representation

Personal representation provides a customised approach, managing every aspect of the property transaction from beginning to end. This includes legal work related to the sale, lease, or granting of land.

We ensure reliable representation at every stage, ensuring we meet all industry standards. This service specialises in navigating all aspects of property purchases, negotiating terms, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
